On Monday I had a shoot in the morning, ( pictures to come ) and afterwards I was at our new house in the garage painting two end tables for our living room. While painting I start to hear this awful noise. It sounded like my neighbors were nailing something into our fence. When I walked out into the drive way I realize that there is a Blue Jay sitting on the fence were the noise is coming from. As I watch the bird I see that the crazy pecking is the bird killing a small snake that it had just caught. Now I can't say I'm a fan of snakes or birds but this was slightly entertaining.
I wish it was a picture of the snake eating the bird!
